1. Order Confirmation
• All online orders are considered confirmed only after advance payment, booking payment, or official confirmation from the RIDEVO sales team.
• Product availability is subject to current stock.
• RIDEVO reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing error, or verification issues.
2. Pricing & Payment
All products and prices on our website are subject to availability.
Accepted Payment Methods:
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all orders.
• Online Payment: Bkash,Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted via our secure payment gateway.
We reserve the right to request advance payment for certain orders depending on size, value, or delivery conditions.
3. Delivery Policy
• Inside Dhaka: Free delivery within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation.
• Outside Dhaka: Free delivery within 5–7 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, natural calamities, or unavoidable logistics delays). Customers will be informed if such delays occur.
4. Return, Refund and Replacement Policy
Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery representative.
• If there are any defects, damage, or issues, the product will be replaced or returned immediately at no extra cost.
• Return is not applicable due to personal preference changes, dislike of the color/model, or change of mind.
• If the product is found damaged before delivering it to the customer, we will have the product repaired or replaced.
• In case of sending the wrong color of the product, we will replace it with the right one.
• Once the customer receives the bike and rides it even for a short distance, the bike will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances unless there is a verified manufacturing defect covered by warranty.
• If a refund is approved, it may take 7–10 working days to complete the refund process (calculated from the date of the refund claim).
5. Account and Order Information
• By purchasing through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact number, address, and payment details.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or violates these Terms.
6. Customer Responsibility After Delivery
Proper charging, servicing, battery safety, tire pressure, and lawful riding must be maintained by the customer.
7. Cancellation Policy
• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only with RIDEVO approval.
• Processing and logistics costs may be deducted.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an online order, the customer agrees to all terms.
